In fact, in his statements he points to three specific parts of the use that affect his patents, since Kenneth Weiss has thirteen patents regarding the authentication systems used by smartphones, as well as biometric identification in terms of fingerprints and the generation of unique tokens to carry out secure financial transactions.
However, taking into account these three clarifications from the developer, who points out that Apple has known about this technology since 2010, it is quite evident that generic terms are treated without which it would be totally impossible to make a payment of these characteristics, not only through Apple Pay, but through any similar system. So that, Kenneth Weiss has announced to The New York Times that is going to promote a lawsuit with the intention of requesting the royalties corresponding to the use of this patented technology.
