Apple Pay on the web, Apple's payment system that will compete with PayPal; already available on these 30 websites

Apple Pay on the web

Several rumors were confirmed in the WWDC16 keynote. One of them is the one that ensured that Apple would launch an SDK that would allow third-party developers to update their applications by integrating Siri, the apple's virtual assistant that in October will also be available on macOS Sierra. Another of the rumors that were confirmed was the one that spoke of Apple Pay on the web, a payment service that will remind us a lot of PayPal, but with one more point of security.

The good thing about Apple Pay on the web, like the case of PayPal, is that it is not limited to any country. The downside is that, in order to use it, we will have to use a compatible card. This is bad news for those who thought that you could pay with Apple Pay on web pages using our iTunes account; It has nothing to do with it. Of course, we can use the new option from any country in the world if we use the trick that my partner Luis Padilla explains on our sister blog iPad News.

One thing is clear: Apple's payment service was launched in 2014, not two years ago yet, and it is slowly making its way, but we will have to be patient if we want to use only Apple Pay in physical stores or Apple Pay in the web leaving aside other options such as credit cards or the much mentioned PayPal. At the moment it is available on the previous 30 websites, but it is only a matter of time before we can use it on many more websites. I would like it to be available on Amazon. What do you think?
