Apple releases new iOS 16 RC and watchOS 9 RC

iPhone and iOS 16

Apple's K day has arrived, the day of the Keynote in which the guys from Cupertino have presented us with the brand's latest devices, the devices with which they want to conquer us during this coming year. But it is very good that they show us the new iPhone 14 or the new range of Apple Watch (including the new Apple Watch Ultra) but what is clear is that without good software none of this would make sense. A few months ago we were introduced iOS 16 and watchOS 9, we have tested them during this summer with all the betas, and now we can announce that Release Candidate for both systems is now available. Keep reading that we tell you all the details.

As you have been able to read us throughout this summer, iOS 16 brings us the new lock screen as a great novelty, which has now just been confirmed as the new «Always On Display» of the iPhone 14, a new lockscreen that arrives to take advantage of the third party widgets, and that we will begin to see very soon. Obviously the news does not stay on this lock screen. We also have new features at a functional level, and even a new battery indicator, and we know that this is what many of you liked the most... watchOS 9 for its part brings us new spheres, some new notifications, and stability improvements, along with new training sports etc…

Yes, we are before the Release Candidate, which will most likely be the final version of iOS 16 and watchOS 9, but we will have to wait until next September 12 so that we can all download the final versions as this RC version is still for developers only. And you, what do you think of this Keynote? what do you think of iOS 16?

I'm just waiting for ios 16 to see if it brings "Always On Display" to my iphone 13 pro max, which I hope if not, this is a very big scam, a new phone that doesn't have that feature seems disgraceful to me...
