Apple's failed attempt to create its own multi-device wireless charging base has caused this type of accessories to multiply in online and physical stores. A single base to recharge your iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watch is the object of desire for many, and Apple aware of this has begun to sell them in its official store.
These are specifically the new models launched by Mophie, currently available only in some European countries, and which with a very modern design allow us to recharge all our devices simultaneously. Two bases, one of them with an integrated Apple Watch charger, which inevitably remind us of those launched by Nomad a few months ago.
The most interesting of these bases is the one that integrates two wireless charging zones with a charger for Apple Watch. A single socket for three wireless charging zones, two of them universal at 7,5W and the other dedicated for the Apple Watch. The other base only has two wireless charging areas, without an area for the Apple Watch, but in return it offers us a USB-A port to recharge another device, such as the Apple Watch. The price of the first base is € 149,95, the second is somewhat cheaper at € 109,95.
At the moment they are the only bases of this type that we can find in the Apple Store online, but not the only ones in their category. Nomad launched its successful foundations, from which these Mophie have undoubtedly been inspired, and what we have available in Machinists for € 139 (with Apple Watch base) and € 99 (With USB-A 7,5W and USB-C Power Delivery 18W). If you have several devices that are compatible with wireless charging and you want a place to recharge them all using a simple plug, there is no better option than these types of chargers. Or you can keep waiting for Apple to launch yours.
