This week the guys from Cupertino have not only dedicated themselves to launching new betas of the operating systems they are focusing on in recent months, but they have also taken the opportunity to release a firmware update for Time Capsule, AirPort Express, and AirPort Extreme base stations. Obviously, the main reason for this update is none other than to improve the performance and benefits of these devices, in addition to correcting small performance bugs and improving their stability. 802.11n base stations have firmware 7.6.7 pending while 802.11ac base stations have firmware update 7.7.7 pending.
It is always advisable to update the firmware of our devices to the latest version to be able to benefit from the improvements that Apple includes in each one, so if you use any of these peripherals, the best thing you can do to get home is to update them. To do this, you can use the AirPort application for iOS or use the application available in the preferences menu of OS X.
