Without arguing about whether it is better to buy a new car or secondhandThe truth is that the used car market in Spain has been quite active for decades and therefore there are a large number of users waiting for a great application like the one launched by AutoScout24.
Good design
It's worth nothing bad application with a great community behind it, and an impressive ad database is worth nothing if the app is bad afterwards. Fortunately version 3 of AutoScout24 is more than enough in both aspects and therefore it has become in its own right the most interesting application if we are looking to buy or sell a used car.
The app has a design in light tones very nice, and although we can investigate a little in detail to see some things that can be improved, the truth is that it exceeds the average of what can be seen by the App Store and I think it is enough to settle, since I personally have already had many disappointments with applications of supposed big brands and communities that later, when it came to capturing a good design, did not find the right key.
Speed and simplicity
What I liked the most about the application is that it is more comfortable to use the website itself, and that says a lot about how well it is planned. When looking for a car, the first thing we are asked to do is filter it by different fields, something that we will be doing little by little with a very interesting detail: at the bottom the search button is updated to show us the number of results that we obtain with these filters, so we can redefine the search without having to do it to improve the number of cars found.
The file of each car is perfectly designed and it shows us the most important along with a photo, being able to calmly access the rest of the data and photos in a couple of taps on the screen. Of course we can contact the seller from the application itself, completing the process without releasing the iPhone at all times.
From the app You can also put an ad to sell the car, although perhaps for this aspect I see it more comfortable and logical to do it from the computer, but it's great that they give us the possibility. With this feature they close the circle and therefore it can be done from the app the same as from the web, something that many other important pages should note in their list of things to do.
