First benchmarks of Google's Pixel put it far behind the iPhone 7; worse than iPhone 6s to a core

Google Pixel

Yesterday Tuesday, Google took a very important step for its company by launching the Pixel and Pixel XL, two smartphones that will be the first to be launched by the search engine company and with which they intend to make their software and hardware work perfectly. Both terminals will use Android operating system, although they did not use that word during their entire presentation, and the first benchmarks published make us think that the crown of the fastest phone will remain on the head of the iPhone 7 for a long time.

In this typical performance test, the Pixel and Pixel XL They have gotten a score of 1665 in the single-core test and 4176 points in the multi-core test. These results put Google's new launches a slightly above the iPhone 6s in the multi-core test (4106) but far behind in the single core test (2508). If we take into account that most of the time electronic equipment is using a single core, we can think that the iPhone 6s will be faster than the Pixel and Pixel XL on a day-to-day basis.

Google Pixels are slower than iPhone 6s most of the time

And if we could say that things would be fairer if we compare the new Google smarpthones with the iPhone 6s that was presented in 2015, the differences are more notable if we compare them with the score achieved by the iPhone 7; In the single-core test, the latest Cupertino phone scores more than twice as much as the Pixels (3430), while in the multi-core test the iPhone 7 is nothing less than 36% faster.

Both versions of the Google Pixel use the Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor (two at 2.15GHz and two at 1.6GHz) and have 4GB of RAM. The iPhone 7 has the A10 Fusion processor also quad-core, two of them high-performance at 2.34GHz and two high-efficiency, but with 2GB of RAM for the 4.7-inch model and 3GB for the Plus model. From the looks of it, Google will have to keep working to outperform Apple in mobile performance.

Google's are blankets. Pixel is hideous, ugly is an understatement. A xiaomi looks better.
What do they contribute with this mobile? Nothing, more of the same but ugly.

It contributes something that this blog has not echoed: The best existing camera in a smartphone, according to the prestigious DxOMark, surpassing the Iphone 7/7 Plus.

Are you talking about my nick? But haven't you realized yet that it's you when you look in the mirror? Go ahead and make a fool of yourself, you don't even know what DxOMark is.

Great camera, but in everything else it leaves a lot to be desired. The design is a crime, but it is even worse to get a less powerful terminal than an iPhone 6s.

If you want to pay € 650 for a good compact camera that can make calls, great. But it is that not even a clown like you will buy it, deep down you know that it is a scam as a mobile.

Oh, but can you insult here by calling someone who gives an opinion a 'clown? Well, greetings, stupid. You see, I am more refined.
