Although Apple has not openly recognized it, those in Cupertino stopped offering a totally black iPhone after the problems suffered in the iPhone 5 of the same color. In that device the bezels were pitted and the iPhone lost much of its appeal, going from being a device with an exquisite finish to one ... less good. Space gray has been used ever since and the good news is that the next iPhone will be darker. But, wouldn't it be better if they offered us the possibility of buying a iPhone 7 black?
The aforementioned iPhone 5 issues made Apple more cautious to release later aluminum devices in gray. But the latest rumor that space gray will be much darker has made designer Martin Hajek (the same one who created the concept of the iPhone 7 Deep Blue) create a or services iPhone 7 (available in its entirety HERE) completely black, the color that many of us miss (and personally I switched to gold or silver because it no longer exists).
This would be the iPhone 7 Black
Hajek has included the latest rumors in his concept. One that is not new is that of the Lightning EarPods, but what is new is its color. Currently, all the cables and headphones that arrive in the iPhone or iPad box are white and the one that appears in this concept is black. On the other hand, the black iPhone 7 of this concept has the largest camera and more on the edge, as we have seen in all the leaks to date.
It has also included an interesting detail: a touch home button, that is, it does not sink. And is that a recent rumor ensures that the iPhone 7 will have a pressure sensitive start button, so we can perform different actions depending on the pressure we apply, something similar to what we already do with the 3D Touch.
The question is obligatory: would you buy this black iPhone 7?
If I buy it. Black is a classic color.
As long as they remove the bloody start button and replace it with a pressure-sensitive one, I'd buy it.
I'm really tired of the home button, I've always had to use jailbreak + virtual home to simulate a touch button (and it works great). But if they finally dedicated themselves to removing it at once, it would be the main reason to buy it. I can't stand the feeling of delicacy that the home button transmits to me
