CallClear, is an application that changed its name in March since it was previously called iCallBR and that serves to individually eliminate missed, received or recently sent phone calls.
Today has been updated to version 2.4 and to be able to install it you must have done the jailbreak on the iPhone.
Its operation is very simple:
When we open the application, a list will appear with the names or numbers of calls, depending on how we have selected in the menu bar: All (All Calls), Outgoing (going out), Starters (Incoming) or Losses (Missed).
If we click on any name or number that appears, a new screen will open that will give us the option to «Delete only that call» O well "Delete all calls with that number".
If we press "Delete", On the left side of each name or phone number, a little red icon with the Stop sign will appear, which when pressed, turns vertical and will give us the option to delete it (Delete).

It does not work with iOS 4.3.1 on 3Gs, when it is given to delete the call it simply does nothing.
