For the test they were used business GSM, that is, iPads with mobile connectivity but no SIM card introduced. They all had iOS 7.0.4 except for iPad 1 which is stayed with iOS 5.1.1.

I firmly believe that apple purposely encourages its devices so that the new ones can stand out or did they not notice before how fast the iphone 4 was and now how stupid and slow it is ??? do the test with your iphone 5s when you take out the iphone 6 or 6s and you will notice it !!
