Of which if we have more information is Google Home, a device that Google presented at the last conference for developers in May, a device that will be officially presented on October 4 along with the new range of Pixel smartphones, manufactured by HTC .
As we have been able to read in Android Police, this device that would be managed by Google Now, the Google assistant, would reach the market at a price of $ 129, $ 50 cheaper than the Amazon Echo, managed by Alexa, the assistant to the internet sales giant. Google Home will allow us to search the internet, add tasks, play music, search for information about movies, products, series, objects ... all this previously by pronouncing the command Ok Google.
Google Home will also be able to sync with home automation devices that allow us to obtain from a weather station that we have on the terrace of our house, traffic reports, control the temperature of our home through the Nest thermostats, raise and lower blinds, turn lights on and off and much more. Within the Google assistant, we will find Google Assistant, Google's new personal assistant, which has already debuted with the Allo application and which is learning as we interact with it.
Google Home doesn't really offer anything new that currently can't be done with Amazon Echo anymore., since the Amazon device is also compatible with home devices to control our home.
