Thanks to this function, we can configure our iPhone to respond after a period of seconds (limited to 60 seconds) that we have previously established. This function is ideal for when we are making food at home or when we are doing a task that does not allow us to use the iPhone when we receive a call, if we want to avoid staining it or that may suffer an accident of greater consequences.

Turn on automatic call answering on iPhone

• First, we go to the Settings from iOS.
• Then click on Accessibility.
• Within Accessibility we look for the option Audio redirection.
• Now we click on Respond automatically, a function that is disabled by default.
• Click on the switch to activate this function and just below we set the elapsed time until the iPhone automatically takes care of answering the calls we receive.

This option, is also available for the iPad, that allows you to receive calls as long as both devices are linked to the same account, are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and the Calls on other devices option, located within the Phone function settings, is activated.
