IOS 7 Mail brings with it the obvious aesthetic change, but it also incorporates new options, such as the ability to configure the inbox to our liking. Can delete folders, add new ones, create a folder with only unread messages... We explain step by step how to leave the inbox to our liking, to have direct access to everything that really interests us and leaving out what is not.
We must access the email application native to iOS, in the main window click on the "Edit" button to access configuration options from the inbox.
We will see that more folders appear. Some are activated, marked by a blue sign on the left, and others are deactivated, without the mark. We can modify this to our liking. For example, I find it very useful to have a tray that directly show me unread messages. If we want to add any other folder of our account that is not in the list, click on «Add mailbox».
We then select the account we want, and choose the folder that interests us. It will be marked with a sign on the left, and we can select as many as we want.
Once selected, we accept and we will return to the folders window. We can move the newly added folder to the position we want, pressing and sliding on the horizontal lines on the right. We can also move the rest of the folders.
When we have the inbox configured to our liking, click on OK and we will return to the main inbox.
We already have our personalized inbox, with the shortcuts to those folders that we use the most. This can be done with any account that we have added to Mail. Do you know any more tips from Mail? Dear friends,
I don't know how, but every time I enter the app on my iphone it shows me my iCloud account, instead of showing me the mailboxes view, which is what it originally showed me. I don't know what I've done to make this happen for a few days.
I would like you to click on the Mail icon, the first thing that appears to me is the view of all my mailboxes.
The app I'm referring to is Mail. Sorry.
With my iCloud account I mean the iCloud email account, which I also don't usually use. And it is the one that appears when I run the Mail app on my iPhone.
Good morning from my iphone, I made a few mail movements, from everyone's inbox to the inbox, when opening the inbox there is no mail
