Apple is already working to fix a bug that prevents Lightning EarPods from working properly

Lightning EarPods

If a few hours ago we told you about the first fault discovered in the iPhone 7, now we have to tell you about another, but about the headphones that come with the new Apple smartphones: the EarPods Lightning may stop working as they should. We are not talking about not delivering the sound, but what would fail would be the controls from where we can raise / lower the volume, control Siri and perform other actions.

The problem seems to be random and intermittent and there are already users who are commenting on it on Twitter. The unofficial solution that is working at the moment is to disconnect the Lightning EarPods and reconnect them, which somehow causes the connection to be reset and the fault disappears.

A bug makes the EarPods Lightning unable to control music

As in the case of bug that can leave an iPhone 7 offline after disabling airplane mode, Apple has already confirmed that it is aware of the problem, but in this case it also ensures that it is working to fix it and that it will do so in a future update.

It is not clear if the third-party Lightning connector headphones are affected but, if we consider that some Beats are also failing, everything seems to indicate that the fault is in the software of the iPhone. In fact, it has also been reported that the bug may appear when using the adapter that comes in the iPhone 7 box.

It seems that Apple will have to get down to work to correct these first problems that are being discovered with the official launch of iOS 10 and the arrival of the iPhone 7. In any case, these problems usually appear every year and are solved in a short time . Let's hope Apple engineers don't rush and the updates don't screw up something else.

a question pablo that has nothing to do with the article, do you think Apple will renew the range of ipad pro soon? They could do it together with the new mac that are rumored for October, don't you think? And if you look at the official website they have downplayed the macs and ipads on the cover, I want to buy an ipad pro and I don't know whether to wait or buy it now because you still have to wait for spring 2017 but it is all very confusing and no rumors now.
You could buy the current ipad pro but with the new home button, the new camera system and the important improvements in power that the iphone 7 has that surpasses the ipad pro, it means that the next ipad pro will be much more powerful and with many of the same features. news of the iphone 7, in addition to the 3d touch that the ipad already needs, I would like very much to know your opinion, thank you !.

Hi SiluX. Last year there were rumors of the arrival of the iPad Pro and this year there are none. IPads were presented in the spring until a few years ago and we believe that they will be presented again on those dates. If they were to arrive next month, something M. Gurman or some media close to Apple would have told us.

      A greeting.

Hi Pablo, I am reading the article and I was wondering how can I report a bug in iOS10 appel.
The failure is the following, I have an iphone 6s plus 64 gb, since I install the iOS10 the bluetooth connection to the vehicle loses it continuously, with telling you that from my home to work it takes about 20 ′ and in that minimum time from three to four sometimes he loses it.
With iOS9 it has never happened to me.
    Thank you for assisting me.

Hello Antonio. In theory, only developers can report bugs. Anyway, if you have a free account, you can try to do it from this link https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth/login.html?appIdKey=77e2a60d4bdfa6b7311c854a56505800be3c24e3a27a670098ff61b69fc5214b&sslEnabled=true&rv=3

      A greeting.
