With the announcement of the iPhone 5, Apple also presented its new headphones whose design took a long time to develop to get their shapes to adapt to all types of auditory pavilions. Despite Apple's good intentions, the truth is that EarPods do not fit perfectly in everyone's ears as they would have us believe, in addition, in many cases they become very uncomfortable after prolonged use.
To prevent the headphones from falling out of our ear little by little and to gain comfort, a project has been born on Kickstarter that is nothing more than a rubber cover that wraps the EarPods. His name is ear skinz and have been designed so that we use the EarPods with more comfort, in addition, their creators ensure that improves bass reproduction and contributes to passive soundproofing of external noise, something that in-ear headphones usually do with rubber earplugs.
Another advantage that the Earskinz have is that being made of soft rubber, are washable with water for easy cleaning in the event that they accumulate dirt over time.
The Earskinz are available in multiple colors and its price is 10 dollars to which we must add another 3 dollars of transportation if we live outside the United States.

I bought them yesterday, I must have a strange right ear that my earpod falls off
Where you bought it?
In the link you see at the end of the post.
But what did you buy? Some earpods or some Earskinz? Because the Earskinzs start shipping them in July and if you mean the earpods themselves, it's not uncommon for them to fall out of your ear. Its sound is very good, but its design does not adapt well to all ears.
I bought the Earskinz, and indeed they will send them in July August ...
Good buy and great recommendation. We look forward to an analysis when you receive them 😉
Thanks for the clarification. Anyway I would like to explain that kickstarter is not a "store". It is used to finance projects through "pre-purchases". So if the Earskinz don't get their missing $ 13.000 within 27 days, the product may never reach the market. That said, I'm going to catch some 😉
I am a huge fan of kickstarter and its ideas.
I have already spoken with the inventor and he confirms that they will be manufactured even if it does not reach $ 13.000
Very good news! I also encourage anyone interested in contributing to this project since now more than ever we must support entrepreneurs.
I was afraid of it, I can't make myself clear with the English in my nose ... I'll use the translator and buy them hahaha
