Facebook removes Groups and Lifestage applications from the App Store

In recent years, the guys from Mark Zuckerberg have been characterized by trying to invade our phone with a large number of applications, applications that were initially available within the main application, but according to the company, I had separated them so that the service will work in a much more efficient way.

One of the applications that bothered the community the most was the independence of Messenger, Facebook's messaging application. To this day it is still a nuisance to have to install the happy application to see if we have any messages through that platform. And I say nuisance for those users who stay away as much as possible from Facebook at all times since every time we enter we have a pending message.

But it seems that it also learns from its mistakes, and when it is not necessary it withdraws applications from the application stores as is the case of Groups and Lifestage applications. Both applications have disappeared from the App Store as confirmed by the TechCrunch publication. According to Facebook, despite having retired the Groups app, groups are still an important part of the Facebook community. For now, all users who have it installed will be able to continue using it until September 1, the date on which it will stop working.

The application application that has disappeared from the App Store, specifically since August 4, is Lifestage, an application aimed at those under 21 years of age that allowed them to get in touch with other students from the same educational center, to chat, send personalized selfies ... It seems that this application has been withdrawn due to the little success it has had in the community, an application that came to the market as a shabby copy of Snapchat, but has not managed to have the desired success and use by Mark Zuckerberg's company.
