The big blogs already have their iPhones from Verizon, TechCrunch, Walt Mossberg, Engadget, etc. and they are starting to launch their first opinions on call and sound quality:
Calling on the Verizon iPhone is clearer, including using the speakerphone and Bluetooth connection. In the first day I had a couple of problems with calls that were cut, but Apple told me to reboot and there has been no problem again.
This version of the iPhone 4 seems to have no problem with the antenna. I have tried anyway to make it lose coverage and I have not been able to reproduce the problem that the previous model had. And most importantly, not only are calls not dropped, but the internet connection doesn't slow down either.
Does Verizon's iPhone Perform Better On Dropped Calls? The answer is yes.
In areas with a weaker signal we have had problems with sound quality and interference, we have even missed two calls while moving from one place to another.
I do not think it is fair for those of us who have had an iPhone for years and have acquired the latest model of AT & T's iPhone 4G with the damn signal problem, which even at one point they wanted to tell us how to hold it with our hand so that we would not lose the morning, if everything ends in a bad phone engineering and the only solution to the problem they gave us was a rubber that surrounds the iPhone so as not to make direct contact with it, that is, I have my iPhone 4G with the most expensive cover because I think which is the best to protect it and take care of it from falls and other accidents but if I go for a meeting or a gala party I want a phone with me that is just like me as elegant I remove the cover to have it in nature but I lose the signal, If I receive a call I have to be aware that the moment I make contact with the two edges of the phone I lose the signal.
Anyway, I do not think it is fair that we see a perfect iPhone 4G for Verizon and the mediocre ones that we have from at & t are left with the problem.
For the future, do not buy in a hurry without seeing the criticism of the team first, but the criticism comes from the one who buys first.
Apple has been a fraud to me and at & t the same with its crossed arms. In addition, I have been clients since 2004.
The Iphone is one of the best mobiles that there is today, either in its 3g, 3gs or 4 versions. Its ease of use, features and functions make it unbeatable. Incredible phone to talk with friends anywhere: discos, party rooms, terraces… ..Madrid, Barcelona, etc.
