Rpetrich, a well-known tweak developer from Cydia (there is nothing to say other than Ryan is responsible for activator, possibly the tweak that jailbreak lovers have used the most) shows us a iOS 7 screenshot in which we can see a small screen at the bottom of the Springboard in which we are playing a videoI want to think that it is a YouTube video since YouTube has a similar option within the app.

This tweak already exists and it is called videopane and it is in cydia, I bought it for 1,99 about a month ago and if I use it frequently even some say that it is useless
