And to expand the wide range of devices available on the market, the company has just introduced two new models: Fitbit Charge 2 and Fitbit Flex 2.
Fitbit Change 2
These two new models are oriented to the sports sector and physical activity, instead of other models that are more intended to be worn, as if it were a classic smartwatch. The Fitbit Flex Charge 2 offers us a larger screen than its previous model in addition to offering a similar appearance to the smartwatches that are currently available on the market, although in a smaller size. What's more has a GPS chip and a heart rate sensor with which we can control our physical activity at all times. It also allows us to customize the style of the quantifier using different straps.
But it is also capable of receiving notifications from our smartphones, as well as messages, calls, calendar notes. As is logical and to the east oriented to the sports world, it is resistant to water and sweat but it is not suitable for sports activities under water. The Fitbit Charge 2 will hit the market next September at a price of 159,95 euros.
Fitbit Flex 2
The Fitbit Flex 2 offers us fewer functions and features than the Fitbit Charge 2, but adds others such as water resistance, being capable of resisting depths of up to 100 meters. Unlike the previous model, different LEDs will notify us of the corresponding information at all times and see our progress. The battery of this device is capable of reaching 5 days in addition to notifying us when we receive calls or some type of notification. The Fitbit Flex 2 will hit the market in October at a price of 99,95 euros.
