Nothing new, the same as many that are offered or the same as iphonetv.com. The truth is not worth it, but neither this nor the other ones, for example the sixth is not seen as a loop of a video.

Universal TV I think I remember that it is free and has a multitude of channels in Spanish and also an infinity of rare channels from other countries, I don't know if all the channels that this app has will have them but surely if they are not soon they will be since they usually have it quite up to date.

Well yes, tethered is going well. Although my iphone4 has done something strange to me. and not all of cydia works yet. Ah !! and what about the battery that lasts longer…. It lasts exactly the same for me (or a little less even) At least for me ...

Do you install k dsd iTunes? The battery is lasting less for me with 4.3.3 jail, and that I have not yet jailed iOS 5, it seems that something from the notification center or something iCloud will be draining battery, but it lasts 5-5.30 h only in use, I hope k is improving.
Besides iPhone TV I use Zattoo TV. The App is free but in order to watch the channels you have to pay Zattoo (I think it's $ 29 a year). It works very well. It does not have A3 but it does have TVE1, la 2, tele5, la Sexta, Cuatro, TDP, 24horas, telemadrid, Eitb, ...
I take the opportunity to ask for help: since I downloaded Leon, safari and mail are blocked every two by three, the screen does not go out of hibernation, I have to turn off like a beast, ...
