Game - Flight Control

We present today a game that we found quite original. Is named Flight Control, and is available for both the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Being at the controls of a control tower we will have to control all the air traffic of one of the different airports that make up the game. We will have to control at the same time the different commercial planes, planes and helicopters that appear on the screen.

All airports are made up of 2 main runways: one for commercial airplanes and the other for lighter airplanes. Each of them also has a heliport. It is assumed that all the planes, planes and helicopters that appear on the screen are controlled by pilots, but in reality this is not the case. Therefore, we will have to click on each of the planes / planes / helicopters and draw the route that we want them to follow. Obviously, we will have to avoid that two devices collide in the air, which would make us lose the game.

The trajectory that we draw with our finger will have to end on the appropriate landing strip for each type of aircraft: commercial aircraft will land on the central runway; the planes on the runway below, to the right; and the helicopters will do it in the helipad located at the top of the screen, on the right.

The strategy of the game is to manage to organize the different routes of the devices so that they do not collide with each other and at the same time so that they manage to land correctly.

If we see that two devices are going to collide, we can trace a new trajectory for either of them, or even for both. We will realize this thanks to a warning, in which the two planes involved in the possible crash light up red.

At the beginning of the game we will see only commercial planes, white in color. After a while, the planes will appear, yellow in color, messing up the course of the game a little more. Finally, when we have been playing for a while, the helicopters will start to appear, colored blue. At this point, the game will become a bit more complicated, since controlling the route of about 10 planes on the screen is not an easy task.

As a conclusion we can say that Flight Control It is a game that we recommend that you try, as it is quite entertaining.
