It has been several years using the HiRise dock with my iPhone and iPad, and despite having tried many different docks, I have always returned to this classic within the iPhone docks. The possibility of using any type of case and being able to connect the iPhone to the base without having to remove it, and the rear support that allows you to place your 7,9 or 9,7-inch iPad without fear that the Lightning connector will suffer damage. been determining reasons for it. The new HiRise 2 base maintains these characteristics, and on top of that they improve it by making it smaller but at the same time heavier, giving a greater feeling of robustness.

Are you one of those who use thick protective covers? No problem, as it adapts perfectly to any case you carry on your iPhone. On the one hand, the Lightning connector has three different adapters that allow you to make it stand out more or less, so that whether you are one of those who want to carry the iPhone naked or do it with a thick case you will not have the slightest problem. Changing the adapter is faster than removing a lot of covers and you don't need any tools to do it.

The back support is also adapted, so that the thickness of the cover is not a problem. This has been one of the aspects that improves with respect to the original base, since before it was necessary to use tools to disassemble it and it was also laborious, but in this HiRise 2 base it is done in a few seconds thanks to the wheel that we find in the part back of the base. Loosen the wheel, slide the bracket, tighten the wheel ... in a few seconds everything perfectly adapted.

The base includes three different adapters to give the Lighning connector greater or lesser length, but not only that, but it also comes with its own charging and synchronization cables. In the box you will find a Lightning-USB cable and another microUSB-USB, so if you change your smartphone you will not have to change the base. Any original Apple cable works for the base too, there will be no problem if the cable that comes with the base in its box breaks. If you don't want me to bring the cable, you can choose the normal model and save $ 20.

The HiRise 2 base is available in 3 colors: white, silver and matte black, the latter perfect for the new matte black iPhone 7 that are having so much success. The price depends on the finish you choose:
