iOS 8.0.2 has fixed some major bugs and others not so obvious to everyone, in this case the update has brought the car bluetooth disconnect. This error has reached the Apple forums strongly as it appears to affect a wide range of iPhone models and automakers.
Moment there is no quick or definitive solution for all. But I hope it helps many of us with this error.
A word of warning before you start: This solution requires you to restore all settings, which delete all iWork files on iCloud Drive. So remember to back up your iCloud Pages, Numbers, and Keynote documents before proceeding.
Whether you have difficulty link the iPhone as if the problems are at the moment answer calls, the solution is the same. Access the route: Settings > General > Resetting > Hola. At this point enter the password and proceed.
This method has resulted successful in most cases, but not all, so if it is not your case you will have to wait for a definitive solution that will probably come in the next operating system update.

This is only for cars? I have a Sony headset and now the control buttons such as pause, forward and call / hang up / siri do not work ... Initially I thought it was due to damage to the headphones, but they have not been hit or something like that.

Seeing what I've seen, I think I have done well to stay with iOs 7.1. This one does not give any problem.

The solution tested in audi, mercedes and parrots .. It is to do a hard-reset by pressing 10 seconds power + home when the phone restarts you link your hands-free and working!

It has not worked for me at Volvo, the only option out of necessity has been to go down to IOS 8 bare. Every time I understand less the shit of Apple. Hands-free is not a whim but a necessity, at least in my case.
