How to share photos with other people in iOS 12

You go on a trip with friends, or to a family meal, and there is always someone who is in charge of taking the pictures with his fantastic new iPhone, promising that he will share them later. However that moment never comes, or in the best of cases, you have to settle for the photos sent via WhatsApp with the loss of quality that this supposes.

Uploading photos to storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox or similar is not an option that everyone knows how to handle, however With iOS 12 we have a new alternative that works for everyone and you can quickly share an entire album to iPhone or Android users, and in original quality. We explain how.

All you have to do is share an album that you have in your Photos application. For this reason, it is ideal that all the photos of that trip or event are organized in an album as you are taking them in order to speed up the task. Once the album is complete you can share it with everyone you want. Open the album, click on the upper part, where the name appears, and you will see a new vision of it in which you will have to click on the «...» that appear in the upper right part.

Choose "Share photos", and select the ones you want to share (or leave it as is to share them all) and click next. Photos will automatically suggest recipients based on who it recognized in the photos, but you can uncheck or add more if you wish. By iMessage or by SMS you will get a link to which everyone can access the album from your iPhone, iPad or from any web browser or Android device, and download the photos.

If they have an iPhone or iPad they can even add them to their Library automatically. It is one of the most interesting features that iOS 12 incorporates and that you can all enjoy from this next September, the date on which it is expected to be released as an official version.

Man, sending by SMS supposes an expense to the one who sends the message. For that you send them directly by email.

It depends on the number of photos… try sending 200 photos by email. In addition to the fact that the vast majority of rates already include unlimited SMS
