Viewing these photos on the new iPhones is very easy thanks to the new technology of its 3D Touch screen. When you receive an image taken as Live Photo, you just have to press lightly on the screen when we are viewing the photo and the animation, along with the audio, will play. A few seconds of moving image that can make a snapshot a spectacle. But how do we do it with a device that doesn't have 3D touch? It is very simple, since although we do not have that screen that is capable of determining the pressure with which you press, we do we can do the equivalent gesture: press and hold. The image will come to life and we can see it exactly the same as in the new iPhones.
An important detail is how to identify these types of images, since if we do not know what Live Photo is, we will not be able to make the gesture. These photos are identified by a small icon in the upper left corner of the screen with several concentric circles as a radar. Any image that is accompanied by this icon can be viewed as animation. Also one last detail: if the photo was sent to you by message you will have to click on it so that it is seen in full screen and then you can make the gesture of holding down to view it as Live Photo.
