Mark Gurman has spoken again, which means we have something that goes from rumors to near confirmed news. What he says regarding the design of the next iPhone «mini» returns to collect the information that rumors of the past assured and speaks of a iPhone SE with a design halfway between that of the iPhone 5s and that of the iPhone 6 / 6s. According to Gurman, the next 4-inch iPhone it will look more like 5s than the most current models.
The iPhone SE that Gurman describes would have ridges, round volume buttons, the sleep button on the top and not next to it as some rumors claimed, a 3.5mm headphone port, a speaker and the microphone. In the back we would have metal in the central part and glass on the top and bottom. The front would change a bit and include a slightly curved glass, but so little that it will hardly be noticeable with the naked eye. Most likely, the curvature of the glass of the iPhone SE is included to improve the feeling when we have it in the hand without any cover, something that those who have had an iPhone 6 / 6s will understand perfectly.

But the similarities with the iPhone 5s will stay there. Inside, and all according to Mark Gurman, the iPhone SE will have A9 processor, M9 co-processor that will allow you to use "Hey, Siri" at all times (except when we have the device stored in a pocket, for example), NFC chip to make payments with Apple Pay and improvements in cellular networks and Wi-Fi. The camera would also be improved, going from the 8MP of the iPhone 5s to the 12MP and 4K recording which is also available on the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. It would also be compatible with live Photos.
As for its price, Gurman believes that it will have the same price as the iPhone 5s now, which would leave the entry model at $ 450 (€ 509 VAT included in Spain). But the best would be for those who decide to buy a little more capacity, since the 32GB model would disappear and for the same price they could buy the 64GB model. Gurman doesn't mention anything about a 128GB model.
