The development of iOS 13.3 continues, even as "minor" versions of iOS are released to fix bugs. However, this has been what we call a good beta afternoon. As always, we remind you that these betas are designed mainly for developers to test their applications in future versions of iOS and thus not have compatibility problems, but they are not yet polished enough software products to reach all users. As for iOS 13.3 Beta 3, we did not find any substantial improvement, simply the always mentioned optimizations and a theoretical reduction in the memory consumption of the different applications. The battery seems to have stabilized in this beta and we did not find high consumption either. The most notable feature of the additions is the ability to remove the Memoji keyboard that causes so much annoyance to some users unfamiliar with the system.
As for the rest of the systems, macOS Catalina 10.15.2, watchOS 6.1.1, and tvOS 13.3 They have not presented any improvement over the previous version, at least in the list of news, although we do not doubt that the development team is doing its job well and we will see the news throughout the days.
