Apple launched beta 5 of iOS 7 a few hours ago, at the request of our readers we share these download linksRemember that only developers should use them, although we all know several ways to install it without being a developer, do it at your own risk and knowing that it is a beta and as such it may have errors.
If you have beta 4 (or an earlier one) installed you can install this new version from Settings, General, Software update. If you want to install the firmware from scratch or restore you will need to use the full firmware and restore from iTunes using Shift + Check for Update on Windows or Alt + Check for Update on Mac, and selecting the downloaded firmware.

It can downgrade back to iOS 6 without having to save SHSHYou just have to put your iPhone in DFU mode and hit restore in iTunes. Remember that you cannot install a backup of iOS 7 in iOS 6, so it is necessary that you have a previous copy of your contacts and settings in iTunes saved from a previous firmware.
