Even if you have beta 6 installed on your device Can NOT be installed from the phone itself, it must be installed from iTunes. It can downgrade back to iOS 6 without having to save SHSH, you just have to put your iPhone in DFU mode and press restore in iTunes. Remember that you cannot install an iOS 7 backup on iOS 6.
This beta unlike the previous ones can be installed without the need to have the UDID registered, since if no bug appears this would be the public version of iOS7.
