It is not official yet, but users who want to renew an iPad, a 4-inch iPhone or buy new straps for the Apple Watch have to start looking askance at a date: the March 15 Tuesday. As usual, the information comes from the hand of Mark Gurman who, looking at the calendar used by the company that Tim Cook runs in recent years, already said weeks ago that the Keynote would be held in the week of March 14.
The event would be the first since September, as the usual October Keynote was not held to introduce a new tablet. That day, which will not be official until Apple sends the invitations, if the forecasts are met, two new devices will be presented: a new iPad, which everything seems to indicate that it will be the iPad Air 3, and a smaller sized iPhone to the latest models, a iPhone 5se with a 4-inch screen which was previously known as the iPhone 6c.
iPad Air 3 with iPad Pro image
The new 9,7-inch iPad is expected to have the same design as the iPad Pro, including 4 speakers and the Smart Connector. In addition, if we pay attention to the filtered images, the camera will arrive accompanied by a LED flash, the first flash to be included in an apple tablet since its launch in 2010. The processor will be the AX9 and probably use the same 4GB of RAM that the iPad Pro includes.
iPhone 5se, new iPhone «mini»
It might not come, but it would be a big surprise. If nothing happens, on March 15th, a new 4-inch iPhone will finally arrive. Although rumors do not agree, its processor and RAM are expected to be the same as the iPhone 6s, a A9 and 2GB of RAM that would leave in diapers what the iPhone 5c mounted in its day. Of course, everyone agrees that will not have 3D Touch screen… Except the supply line that expects more orders in the coming months.
New accessories for Apple Watch
And finally, they are also expected to introduce new accessories for the Apple Watch. For me the arrival of the Milanese strap in black, but a new range of Sport strap colors will also be presented.
Are you looking forward to the 15th to renew any of your devices (or accessories)?
