According to this image, the iPhone 7 Plus will arrive with AirPods

Yesterday, August 31 we publish an image in which we could see a supposed image of a sticker from the box of a 7 iPhone Plus 256GB. Although it is true that it was OnLeaks who published said image and that he himself said that it could be a manipulation, what does seem clear at first is that either that image or the one that posted Today Apple Insider, medium that has received the photo of someone anonymous, has to be false.

Why do I say that I think one of the two has to be false? Well, because the one published by OnLeaks suggested that the 7GB iPhone 256 Plus would arrive with Lightning EarPods, while the one published by Apple Insider today add the text "AirPods Wireless Earphones"i.e AirPods wireless earbuds. Although there is also a third possibility that could explain that both images are real.

Will there be a special iPhone 7 that comes with AirPods?

It is not a wild possibility. The image we posted yesterday said, in addition to Lightning EarPods being included, it would include a Lightning-Jack adapter. In the image that we bring you today nothing is mentioned about said adapter. If both pictures are real, Apple will make us choose between wireless headphones or an adapter that will allow us to use any of the headphones that we have been using so far. If so, the choice is clear to me.

Always assuming that both images are real, it remains to be seen at what price both combinations will sell. If I have to give my opinion and taking into account the prices that have been leaked this week, I would say that the normal model -whose 128GB Plus model costs € 44 less than the 6GB iPhone 64s Plus- will include the Lightning EarPodsWhile the model with AirPods will be priced the same as the iPhone 6s / Plus had now a year ago.
