Apple is already working on a way to charge iOS devices using solar energy. If you don't want to wait and are looking for an alternative method to the original brand, this may be your product, a wireless charger.
It's a quick and easy way to charge your iPhone or iPad (via iQi Air), is currently in crowdfunding, but your goal is to serve the product in 2014 for $35, or $25 if you participate in the financing campaign.
The technology is not new, it is the induction transfer system known as Qi. «Throughout 2012 and 2013 wireless charging has become increasingly popularsaid Fonesalesman, the British company that created the product. «With the provision of charging solutions for Android devices, it became clear that there was room in the market for a good sWireless charging solution for iOS devices like iPhone, iPod, iPad and iPad Mini »
iQi Mobile is smaller and thinner than a credit card, only 0,5 millimeters at its thinnest point. iQi Mobile has a Qi standard wireless receiver that connects to the lightning connector input via an ultra-flexible ribbon cable. This device is hidden inside any protective case. Once installed on the iPhone, it can be charged on any Qi compatible charging pad.
This technology allows recharging on any Qi compatible charging pad. The only drawback is that you have to have the iPhone with a case that hides the iQi Mobile.

Well, I see an even more important drawback in this and, to date, all wireless charging devices. It still seems totally absurd to me as long as I have dependence on a charging platform that has to be connected WITH CABLE to a USB port or to the electrical network. It is just as stupid as it would be to be able to surf WiFi if we just put our phone or tablet on top of the router. The form of power transfer may be wireless, but it still relies on a cable for charging (same as my electric toothbrush)
It is precisely the same error that I saw, it would become a dock in which it is not necessary to connect it, but if you support it, something useless and that surely increases loading times, which makes it more useless ...
Certainly, the only advantage is that the lightning cable is not damaged, unfortunately I have seen people who due to physical problems have problems with the click necessary for hooking and unhooking and they appreciate that it is only to support the terminal.
Anyway there are always people who appreciate these little gadgets.
Thanks for comment!
As I have read, it is only valid for iphone 5 and newer so the market is reduced.
They are in financing, I suppose they will update the version if it is finally successful, but it is still an interesting option for those who have mobility problems (to connect the lightning cable) or simply for those who like this type of gadget.
Thanks for your interest and share!
It seems stupid to me that they call it "wireless" because it STILL DEPENDS on a "beautiful" cable to connect it to the power source ... In fact, it is easier to carry the lightning cable than to walk with that "wireless" charger ... or any utility.
Charging is wireless even if you don't like to use that word, it is done by electronic induction, that the device that causes it is connected to the network, okay, but the charging itself is wireless.
And nobody has noticed that it cuts the apple in half, if you have a perforated cover lying there it must be beautiful.
