Besides great hardware, the iWatch would be compatible with some of Apple's services like FaceTime, the App Store or iTunes.
Clearly a great concept that is unfeasible to manufacture today. We will have to wait for the prices of some components to drop even more and they are miniaturized much more so that they are in such a small space.
