Jot Script, a fine point pencil for iPad Evernote and Adonit, iPad accessories manufacturer, have created a joint venture, in Spanish a UTE (temporary union of companies) to create a new bluetooth pen called Jot Script Evernote Stylus. With a pointer of only 1,9 mm it is the most accurate of those that have been manufactured so far. The existing models on the market usually have a pointer diameter of 6 mm, so it is useless to try to take notes and then understand what we have wanted to write.
The Adonit digital pen uses the new technology developed by Penultimate, a combination of built-in accelerometer, bluetooth, and an Adonit communication system with compatible applications for this device.
The Jot Script Evernote Edition has been created to become your favorite writing tool. With a matte metallic finish, rough surface, fine tip and very lightThese are quality characteristics that Adonit has accustomed us to in all its products.
The pencil created by Adonit it is the best tool for taking notes. They have teamed up with Penultimate for full integration with the writing app. The union has allowed them to rethink from the beginning how the ideal pen would be to write on a digital screen. From now on, notes will be taken by hand again.
The device works with one AAA type battery and it connects via Bluetooth 4.0 to iPad and iPhones, so only devices that carry this technology will be able to use it (iPad 3 onwards, iPad Mini and from iPhone 5 on). The pen uses one of the novelties of Penultimate whereby when it detects that the pen is approaching, the writing area is enlarged for better visualization. Also the "paper" moves as we write.
If you are interested in the Jot Script, you can make your reservation now through Evernote or Adonit and by U.S. dollar 74,99 between four and six weeks you can enjoy this new device.
