Logitech has announced its new keyboards that are compatible with the iPad 2018. Two models that already existed but have been renewed to be compatible with the new iPad and that also incorporate a place where we can place the Apple Pencil, an accessory that is compatible with this latest iPad presented by Apple.
Logitech Slim Combo and Slim Folio are the alternatives to the official Apple keyboard that Logitech offers us, with the advantage that They are compatible with more iPad models, at a lower price and that also the quality is beyond doubt, as is usually characteristic of this brand with many years in the keyboard business.
The Logitech Slim Combo is a new model that is now compatible with the iPad 2017 and 2018 (5th and 6th Generation). Until now it was only compatible with the iPad Pro, so now it will not be necessary to buy Apple's most expensive iPad, and the cheapest model available today will be able to make use of this fantastic keyboard. Of course, in the Pro model it made use of the Smart Connector, while in the iPad 2017 and 2018 it will use the Bluetooth connectionas they lack that special Apple connector. This keyboard has the peculiarity that the tablet can be separated from the keyboard itself, very comfortable for when we are not going to use it, for example in games.
The other cheaper model is the Logitech Slim Folio, a keyboard cover that this time cannot be separated, and which also has space for the Apple Pencil. Previously it was a keyboard only compatible with the iPad 2017 (5th Generation). Its connectivity is still Bluetooth, and you can place the iPad at two different angles, perfect for writing and enjoying multimedia content.
These keyboards are now available on the Logitech website In United States, at prices of $ 99.99 (Logitech Slim Folio) and $ 119.99 (Slim Combo). At the moment they do not appear on the European website of Logitech, nor on Amazon, but it is expected that in the next few days they will be available.
