Microsoft says it's profiting from users lost to the MacBook Pro

MacBook Pro

According to the latest data from Microsoft, the company is having the best sales season for the Surface in its history. Surface devices are the direct competition of MacBook, from the point of view that design, autonomy and power are the main premises in some devices created by and for the hardware they have inside, that is what makes it so peculiar and at the same time so expensive. Nevertheless, User 'disgust' with the new MacBook Pro is causing the largest flood of Mac-to-PC users in history Is this Microsoft data real?

Lots of people are switching from Macs to Surface, more than ever before. Our Macbook exchange program is the best project we've ever done, and the combination of innovation in the Surface range with the disappointment of MacBook Pro users (especially professionals) has caused a lot of people to switch to the Surface. It seems that reviews are being released recommending the Surface ahead of the MacBook on a daily basis. This has made our team proud, because it means that we are doing a good job.

In these terms, Microsoft's bosses have been heard. With the exchange program they mean that users who turn in a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air are getting up to $ 650 off when purchasing a Surface Book or Surface Pro 4, a quite succulent offer, as well as rare, since perhaps the discount is even excessive compared to what these types of offers usually pose. Microsoft's Surface Book is around the same price as the 13-inch MacBook Pro without the lush Touch Bar - perhaps that's the real reason the Surface outsells the MacBook, and not the disappointment of users.

Well, nothing, they take you a MacBook Pro supposedly faster than the previous one and the most basic model of this new MacBook Pro is inferior than the previous one, on the other hand they take you an Iphone 7 with lightning headphones but in this new MacBook Pro they leave you the 3.5 jack and they do not add the lightning port, it is not congruent and the beauty of the MacBook is how portable and practical now with pure usb-c ports and the elimination of the SD slot because they leave you tied hands. I kept my MacBook Air that has everything!

Completely agree, now with the new models you have to carry a bag of dongles and even so the lightning headphones are a total waste since you cannot use them in any other device (including the mac) since there is no adapter designed for said work (for the 3.5-> lightning jack of course there is) ...

The truth is that I do not believe this type of news very much, I would be very surprised if a MacOs user switched to Windows 10 with all that that implies for a hardware issue, in fact I do not think that beyond 1% Mac users need for nothing that alleged power that is criticized do not have the new Mac.Another issue is if the prices are excessive that surely yes .... but is the Surface economical? Not at all.

I think the real reason is that Windows 10 has beaten MacOS to the right and flawlessly. That, coupled with the fact that the Touch Bar, as a Windows user, seems to me the biggest joke that the Cupertino have launched, and more knowing that with the Surface you can interact directly with the screen.
Instead of justifying the loss of sales with offers as valid as those that the company you are defending has not done because all its users are covered, you should inform yourself a little about what you write ...
