Like Google, Microsoft is invading the different rival mobile platforms offering a large number of applications, but unlike Google, Microsoft has to focus on two different stores, not just one as is the case with Google. The Redmond boys just released a new application to take better pictures with our iPhone Through the Microsoft Pix application, a new app that has just arrived in the App Store and that allows us to take pictures in a simpler way, allowing us to later edit the capture we have taken.

Microsoft Pix has the features expected of an application that allows you to take photos and videos, editing tools, filters, sharing ... However, this application is different from other photo applications because is designed to help remove bad photos leaving only good ones and for this it focuses on three aspects: the people in the first place, adjusting the camera settings to capture the image in optimal conditions and allowing us to create small videos when movement is detected in the image.

Microsoft Pix features

  • Smart settings that automatically check the scene and lighting between shots.
  • Facial recognition, adjusting the optimal values so that the person / s look their best.
  • Perform bursts that capture the moments before and after the capture.
  • Every time we take a capture, the application will show us three different images with different exposures.
  • Moving images, which allows us to create fun looping videos after taking a burst of photos.
  • TimeLapse, which allows us to capture images every certain interval, creating a final video with all the captures.
  • All photos and videos are automatically saved on the roll of our iPhone.
  • Share your creations seamlessly with your friends.
