The activity challenges that the Apple Watch offers you are one more stimulus to exercise, but Apple goes further and wants your friends to provide you with even greater stimulation and allows you to share with them, and they with you, the physical activity you do so you can see how their rings are doing and receive notifications when they have completed their goals. This is something that can be even fun and can really work for you to set higher goals every time, Sometimes it can also be annoying if you have a long list of friends with whom you share and notifications about their activity do not stop reaching you. Everything has a solution and you can mute notifications in a personalized way.
The same as to share your activity with your friends you have to enter the Activity application of your iPhone, to silence it you must proceed in the same way. Go to the lower right tab, right where you can read «Share» and there you will access the list of friends (you included) with all the rings they have obtained in the last days. By clicking on any of them you will see their activity in more detail, including the distance traveled, calories burned, etc.
