New challenges on the Apple Watch for next year, get in shape

One of the main strengths of the Apple Watch is its effectiveness when using it as a fitness tracking tool. This has caused athletes from all over the world to opt for the Apple smart watch to perfect their workouts and not lose a bit of physical form. However, Apple added with the "challenges" of the Activity application a social addition when exercising, thus causing chain motivation among the different users, as well as with ourselves when achieving the medals. Well then, Apple has insisted that we lose "the extra kilos" that we take on at Christmas, proposing new business challenges in January.

It is not the first time, in the United States they have already launched the "Thanksgiving Day Challenge", which encouraged users to walk 5 km to say goodbye to the fat added by binge eating, while allowing us to unlock a sticker for somewhat special iMessages . Well now we are going to find another new release that will motivate us to move a little after this long Christmas.

To do this we will have to perform the exercises for a whole week, from Monday to Sunday, that is, it will only be available during the month of January, otherwise you will lose the opportunity to get the aforementioned medals. As before, they will offer us new stickers for iMessage, so you can "hesitate" to your friends with your latest achievements.

To achieve this we must complete the three rings of the Activity application on the Apple Watch, so it will touch standing for at least one minute every hour for 12 hours a day, completing 30 minutes of daily exercise, and reaching our personal calorie-burning limit. A trick is going to be to lower the calorie limit to the minimum at least that way we make sure one of the rings. For the others you will have to put on your shoes.

It is not about standing 12 hours but about being at least one minute per hour for 12 hours a day.

True, how 12h marks me standing I never understood it as you say, but it makes sense. =) Thank you.
