A few days ago Apple expanded the number of colors available on the AirTag straps. Two new colors were added to the range: Baltic Blue and California Poppy on both key rings and straps. This movement followed the trend of increasing customization and variety of straps in order to satisfy a greater number of users. However, the latest news is the Appearance of new colors on all AirTag straps in the official Apple store on Amazon. This sets a precedent since those colors are not available on the official Apple website, although it is possible that in the next few hours they will be.
New colors for AirTag straps on Amazon
Currently, Apple offers users three accessories for AirTags: key ring, standard strap and leather strap. These same accessories can also be purchased on Amazon. In fact, there was a parallel between the accessories available on the official website and the store on the marketplace.
However, a few hours ago new colors appeared in these accessories. Among them is the Capri blue and pink citrus on standard straps. In addition, the Lemon Meyer as color of the leather strap and key chain. These colors had previously appeared on eBay a few months ago although they were thought to be not official updates, but knockoffs by third-party companies.
The arrival of new colors to Apple accessories is itself news within the releases by the company. But so is the exclusivity of the colors on Amazon. The reality is that if we enter the official Apple website we cannot access these new three colors. It is also true that within the Amazon store those colors appear as "Temporarily out of stock".
Perhaps they have advanced within the marketplace led by Jeff Bezos and in the next few hours or days we will see the official Apple press release where the new colors are announced and they will already appear for commercialization on the official website. If this does not happen, and it would be surprising, we would have exclusive products in a store outside of Apple.
