New iPad Pro

It was one of the most anticipated during this WWDC and it has finally appeared: the new iPad Pro is here. Another iPad? Yes, another iPad, and this one promises to come to change the way you interact with smaller iPads, with a 10,5-inch screen but that is mounted on a chassis of the same dimensions as the previous 9,7-inch iPad. Be careful, that does not mean that it is the same on the outside.

The screen is 20% larger than previous models because has seen its frames reduced, something that is in the trend of what we are seeing in the mobile market lately and that makes the Apple tablet more immersive when used and more comfortable to use. All this without its size being increased in any way.

The iPad Pro does not come with a new Apple Pencil, but the use of this one will be better than other models, reducing latency to 20 milliseconds. The iPad comes with a True Tone screen, something we have already seen in other models and a few improvements in the camera. The specifications of this go up to 12 megapixels, in addition to adding optical image stabilization, True Tone four-LED flash, greater range of color capture and 4K video. Now the iPad camera is just as good as the iPhone 7.

The new iPads come with 64GB of storage as base capacity and start at $ 649 for the 10,5-inch model and $ 799 for the 12,9-inch model. The maximum capacities in both cases amount to 512GB of memory, something that will be enough for most of the uses that can be given to the iPad, however professional they may be.

    Going from 9.7 ″ to 10.5 ″ increases the screen by 8%, not 20%
