All the news of iOS 11.1 in video: 3D Touch, Reachability, Emoji and more

Apple continues to polish its next big version after the launch this late summer of iOS 11. The next iOS 11.1 is almost ready, and pending confirmation of the arrival of Apple Pay Cash to be able to make payments between people through iMessage, we can say that almost everything that this new version will incorporate is already present in the latest Beta 3.

The return of 3D Touch for multitasking and being able to switch between applications, the return of Reachability with the notification center within reach from the middle of the screen, the new emoji that Apple has incorporated into its keyboard, new functions in the productive text that offers us more emoji than before ... interesting changes that we will show you below and in the video that accompanies the article.

New emoji

It was one of the most talked about novelties of the first Beta of iOS 11.1 (we are already on the third), and although for many it is not the most important, far from it, we cannot deny that the emoji have long arrived to stay and that every time we use them more. New faces to be able to express practically everything that comes to mind, such as the emoji that says swear words or the one that vomits, a zombie that cannot be missed, witches, dracles of all colors and sexes, the face that nothing to shut up ... a long etcetera of new emoji (more than 100) that will make it almost impossible to find the one we are looking for.

That is why Apple has added new functionality to its predictive keyboard. If before it offered us an emoji when we wrote something that could be expressed through the funny little cartoon, now it offers us several (up to three) so that we can choose the one that seems most appropriate to us. Even if we write siren it will give us to choose between the fantastic creature or the classic police siren.

Two highly demanded gestures: Multitasking and Reachability

They were two functions that many users missed and did not understand why they were eliminated by Apple with the launch of iOS 11. Tapping on the side edge of the screen to open multitasking or swiping to switch between apps is something many got used to and removed without notice. The same happened with access to the notification center from the middle of the screen when using Reachability. What was the use of lowering the screen if you had to keep sliding from above? Well, both functions are already present in iOS 11 Beta 3 and will certainly be in the final version of iOS 11.

Actually with the 7 Plus I have not noticed problems with the Battery, so I can not confirm if the ones that you have noticed that it has dropped will be solved.
