Noise cancellation on just one side of the AirPods Max? We tell you how to fix it

How to reset the AirPods Max?

1. To avoid problems in the process, Before resetting your new AirPods Max, make sure they have some charge connecting them to the charging port with the supplied USB-C to Lightning cable.
2. Press and hold the noise canceling button and the Digital Crown until the status LED on the bottom of the right earbud starts to flash amber.

After performing these steps, your AirPods Max should have restored noise cancellation on both earbuds. Are you still having problems? Try the same process but press and hold both buttons for at least 15 seconds. This will restore them completely, you will see how the LED changes to white after amber. Are you still in trouble?
