The launch of the AirPods Pro caught everyone by surprise, and manufacturers have had to react quickly to launch their accessories adapted to these new headphones. As it usually happens, good stuff comes in, and Nomad's leather case for the AirPods Pro was no exception. The manufacturer of accessories for iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods has just launched its new leather case to protect them, and it also comes with several improvements over the previous model for the first and second generation AirPods.
This Nomad protective case is made of two materials: a polycarbonate inner shell for shape and strength, and a Horween leather outer shell, the same one that we already know from the straps and covers that we have been able to try on other occasions, which would develop over time a patina that only good leather can have. Nomad has chosen to put microfiche inside, something that no other manufacturer does at the moment, and that will help the cargo box with its glossy white finish last longer in perfect condition.
Other improvements include a hook for a wrist strap, even Nomad has designed their own strap if you want the perfect match for this case, an improved system to display the charging LED and an area dedicated to the pairing button, so that we can press it without having to remove the cover, quite a detail. Of course the Lightning port is completely accessible and we can charge wirelessly if we wish. It is available in two colors, black and brown, and at the moment we can only find it on the Nomad website (link) for $34,95, although like all Nomad products they will soon be available on Amazon and specialized stores such as Macnificos.
