Photographed with an iPhone 6, new section on Apple's website

Photographed with iPhone 6

While at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona we are seeing mobiles with cameras worthy of praise, Apple does the same with the iPhone 6 through its official website, inaugurating the section «Photographed with the iPhone 6» so that we can see some samples of what we can do with a little patience and knowledge.

This new Apple campaign features the participation of 77 photographers from around the world that through their photographs, they will show us the beauty of 70 cities spread over 24 different countries.

On the web you will be able to know the author of each photograph, a description of what they represent and the application that has been used to achieve the final composition. This is because the application that manages the camera in iOS 8 does not allow the use of manual controls, limiting the result of the final photograph many times.

This is why you will see many photographers resort to apps like VSCO Cam, an app that in addition to allowing us to edit some parameters of the final photograph, also offers us the possibility of modifying the white balance, shutter speed, exposure compensation or ISO sensitivity.

It's clear that the iPhone 6's camera can't quite match that of a DSLR, however, magnificent results can be achieved as we can see in this compilation. One more example of the fact that it is not necessary to have the best equipment on the market to take photos that, despite their technical limitation, have a brilliant artistic section.
