Well, I just requested the change to Apple for a new one. It has been grated even with a cover, and they have changed it

How have you made the change over the phone or in an Apple Store?

YESSSS? Did they change your iPhone just because of the scratches? Did they change it for a black one or a white one?

No, in the end after looking at the black iPhones in the stores, I opted for the white one and it is almost in perfect condition. It has a very small mark on the metal, which I don't know where it comes from, but otherwise it's perfect.

I also have the white model and out of nowhere a very small mark appeared on the metal, I did not know where it came from because I always have it in a case and it has its dedicated bag in my pants, if it bothers a lot because I am very demanding with the finishes And you spend your time taking care of it so that those things come out like that just because.

I bought mine in an Orange store a week after it went on the market: analyzed with a magnifying glass I can say that it is PERFECT! Seeing all the defects that are attributed to the black iphone 5, mine has no external or internal system defect. Having seen what I have seen, I consider myself lucky !! I also take care of it: it has a transparent hard case and a screen protector. I am delighted :-)))))

I just got the 5th iPhone. This time completely changed. We go new from the factory not replaced. And again two scratches fresh out of the box. I've had enough. I will continue with him. I can't keep calling Apple Care. It's embarrassing! 3 changes in the Apple store in Valladolid and two by phone! Either I have very bad luck or they don't manage to mount him without leaving "signatures"

If they see that it is scratched, who thinks of putting hard covers and worse, some aluminum ¬ ¬ is soft silicone or nothing

On Saturday I was in an Apple store and there was a scratched iPhone 5 right where the lighting is connected, the truth is that it gave me a very bad impression to see the paint eaten just by connecting a cable to a device with that price.

There is something absolutely wrong and absurd about the need to buy a cover to cover and protect any newly purchased device. A huge misconception that buyers solve with rubbers and silicones.

I agree with your comment, what is the point of having a computer with a sophisticated design if it has to be hidden in a dollar case.

I bought it a little over a month ago and after two weeks I began to see that it was scratched at the edges, so I bought a protector for it. Unfortunately all the models that I saw left the upper and lower part in view and these are the ones that are now more damaged ... A shame to be honest, I loved the design of the black iPhone 5, very sober and elegant, but it is too delicate to use everyday ... A pity to have to use a protector and cover the design ... In fact these scratches are a detail that bothers the eye a lot, especially when it comes to such an expensive terminal ....

In terms of performance and overall quality of operation… Excellent.

Well, I have a white iPhone 5 and if they are more susceptible to scratches, especially if you drop mine, pitifully, I dropped it like it can happen to anyone and in the corner a hole was made well submerged, I did not put it case because it is very ugly I just bought him a sticker in a combined color of red and black called "icarbons" it looks beautiful I just try not to throw it away again…. 🙂
