'Quick access', one of the first concepts of iOS 9

WWDC 2015 is just around the corner and all the media begin to publish their first concepts on iOS 9, the ninth major update to the big apple mobile operating system. Little is known about this new operating system that I really hope it includes more than interesting news to decide to change from iOS 8 to iOS 9. Quick access It is one of the first concepts of iOS 9 that has been uploaded to YouTube, a concept where we see how we can handle information from the lock screen, that is, without having to block the terminal: lists, calls, games, notifications ... After the jump we analyze this concept.

iOS 9 and its first concepts: 'Quick access' is one of them

This concept created by ConceptsiPhone called 'Quick access' and it is mainly focused on being able to filter the information that we can see on the lock screen, which in iOS 9 would be divided into three different pages:

  • Notifications: On this page we see all the notifications of the applications that we have on our device with its icon at the top and the number of notifications in a red balloon at the top right. To delete notifications, we slide down and click on the cross.
  • Lost calls: calls are found on an additional screen on the lock screen.
  • Reminders: And finally we have a list of tasks, which could be used to make the purchase or follow a planning without having to unlock the terminal.

This organization allows us to maintain order within the lock screen since now the notifications arrive in a disorderly way and without any type of pattern: calls, messages, emails, game notifications ... This is the concept of iOS 9 which they have called 'Quick Access'.

According to the latest rumors, iOS 9 is under development in Cupertino and one of the main tasks that Apple has is to reduce the space that the operating system occupies in the iDevices since iOS 8 amounted to more than 500 MB on each device.
