Answer: Hello, the accounts, as you already know if they can be synchronized with Outlook, in the information tab of iTunes when the iPhone is connected you can select the Outlook accounts and in theory it should synchronize the PC folders. In the event that this does not happen, I suggest you use Gmail, these do work and all folders are synchronized.

Regarding the tones, I suppose that the ToneMaker will make 30-second tones, and I suppose that you synchronize them with the program itself, I recommend that you follow the tutorial on this same page in which I explain how to make a 30-second tone and synchronize it with iTunes.

Answer: We do not know of any application that does this, I suggest several things: that you restore again and try to insert the copy with patience, that you return to your previous version of Firm, restore the copy and synchronize your contacts with a program for pc or mac , with gmail or something.
