The Samsung Galaxy S8 + has the same battery as the disgraceful Galaxy Note 7

No need to remind anyone of what happened last year with Samsung's fateful Galaxy Note 7. Its big bet for the second part of the year trying to compete with the new iPhone 7 Plus resulted in a real headache for the Korean manufacturer with devices that caught fire, airlines that prevented passengers from getting on the plane with the Note 7, and a barrage of complaints and claims that forced the company not only to stop selling the device but also to recover all those that had been sold. The origin of this problem ended up being the battery, but it seems that Samsung should trust that it has already solved it because the Galaxy S8 + has exactly the same battery and the same interior design as the disgraced Note 7.

This is what iFixit has revealed in its more than traditional breakdown of the new devices that are launched on the market. The battery that houses the Samsung Galaxy S8 + has exactly the same voltage and capacity as the Galaxy Note 7, in fact it is even manufactured by the same supplier as the Note. The configuration inside the device is also the same, buried between all the components of the smartphone and fixed to the chassis by means of glue.. Samsung must be very sure that the failure of the Note 7 with its S8 + is not going to be repeated, showing that the battery failure was due to the manufacturing process itself and not to the design as rumored at first.

In addition to this surprising data on the battery, iFixit highlights the poor repairability of the S8 +, which repeats the note of the Note 7 with a 4 out of the total of 10. To get an idea, the iPhone 7 Plus has a repairability according to iFixit of 7 out of 10. One of the points that stands out the most on the web is that although the battery is replaceable, the fact that it has so much glue to fix it to the structure makes the procedure is, in the words of iFixit, "unnecessarily complicated".

It is assumed that Samsung has already done all the tests to avoid the same thing happening to it as with the galaxy note 7, since more than anything it was a problem of design of the equipment and not of the batteries I do not think they would dare to use the same batteries They did not know that they are not safe apart, they would be playing their credibility and that would lead them to fall in sales

And this is the actualidad iphone? All the articles regarding Apple that I have read lately are why the iPhone 7 is better than the Galaxy S8, and the worst thing is that they look for errors in the Galaxy, stop with these articles, publish something that does have to do with iPhone .

Look what things ... I have reviewed the more than 100 articles published in the last 8 days, and there is only one (this one) that talks about the Galaxy S8, and another in which the iPhone 7 is compared with other smartphones in speed ... 2 of 100 being very generous. All items according to you? In this blog certainly not.

Hi Luis! I am from Colombia and I am a fan of smart and high-end devices, I tell you that in speed tests, the iPhone 7 Plus wins in all categories, which days I was seeing on my Twitter the comparison between cameras of the two devices and believe me I liked the iPhone much more, the processing is much more natural half that of the S8 is very, as usual, saturated and some burnt points and the truth, for me, in bad taste. Speaking specifically of the S8, yesterday at night I checked one of my favorite blogs, Pocketnow, where Juan Carlos Bagnell, emphasizes the supposed AKG headphones, the truth is that when I saw the presentation of the S8, the headphones are the that most caught my attention and I say assumptions, because he questions the manufacture of AKGs by AKG itself, since they are manufactured by Samsung itself, that is, Samsung puts the AKG brand deceiving (I do not generalize since it does not I'm a fan of them) and lying once again about their articles, that's why I made up my mind not to think about those supposed AKG headphones and to enjoy my Xiaomi Piston Hybrid Drive, which are the best in my Nexus 6 Greetings and very good article!
