Saurik confirms that he is working on offering support for Cydia in iOS 11

While the news about the possible launch of a jailbreak version for iOS 11, specifically for versions 11.0-11.1.2, begins to be more and more common, Apple has not taken long to try to prevent a greater number of users from being able to take advantage of this window to "freedom" and a few days ago he stopped signing iOS 11.1.1 and 11.1.2, the two versions that until a couple of days ago he signed and that, apparently, they were vulnerable to the exploits that to date, has been detected in iOS and that allows devices to be jailbroken. But the news that could matter most to the community was related to Cydia and its continuity.

Saurik, the creator and owner of the Cydia application and tweaks store, has just stated that he is already working on adapting Cydia to be compatible with the iOS versions that for now will be compatible with the jailbreak. Saurik, before the criticism he receives every year, about the exclusivity and obligation of having Cydia to install repos, affirms that since he launched this application, he has not only invested a lot of time in it, but also much of the money you earn to be able to support it.

He also claims that he currently has a steady job and that despite what many users claim, he has not gotten rich through Cydia. Fortunately, despite the criticism and the money it costs him to maintain the service, he claims that still believe in the concept of the jailbreak, since otherwise I would have abandoned it long ago.

Recently user Ian Ber posted an image of an iPhone X using Cydia, relying on an exploit that he himself had discovered, giving rise to speculation about an upcoming jailbreak release was just around the corner, but at the moment there is no official confirmation by any other hackers or group.
